The competition Commission of India( CCI) has assessed a provisional penalty of Rs crore($ 162 million) on Google for “ abusing its dominant position ” in multiple orders related to the Android mobile device ecosystem in the country. Russian lawmaker calls for the banning of WhatsApp and supports using domestic software

A Russian legislator on Wednesday prompted state institutions to stop using WhatsApp runner and the assiduity ministry sought to promote domestically produced software as Russia tries to wean itself off Western technology.
