The Zoho One package now includes over 50 apps.

Zoho has expanded its Zoho One business software bundle to include more than 50 apps, providing a variety of analytics, security management, and employee experience capabilities.

Zoho One was released in 2017 with the objective of giving customers access to a wider choice of applications from the vendor’s extensive portfolio. When purchasing annual subscriptions for a customer’s complete workforce, the app suite costs $37 per employee per month; otherwise, annual subscriptions are $90 per user per month.

Zoho announced the addition of a number of new apps and services to its suite on Tuesday. Many of these are pre-existing Zoho apps that are being made available for the first time in Zoho One.

Employee experience, productivity, and data analytics are all covered by these five apps: Zoho Learn is a learning management system; TeamInbox is a shared email inbox; Zoho Lens is an augmented reality app that allows for remote assistance; DataPrep is a self-service data preparation and management tool; and Zoho Commerce is a collection of components for creating a retail website, accepting payments, and more.
Within Zoho One, there are three new services: Work Graph, which maps interactions between personnel, resources, and systems; and a mobile application management (MAM) service for managing access across a variety of devices.

Embedded, conversational analytics; natural-language-powered enterprise search; a unified view of apps, services, and dashboards for employees; and a customised dashboard with pre-built widgets to enable insight across the business are among the platform additions.

Zoho claimed there are now 40,000 Zoho One users, up from 20,000 in 2019. The company attributed the increase to a 60 percent year-over-year increase during the pandemic.
According to Holger Mueller, VP and principal analyst at Constellation Research, Zoho’s comprehensive approach to its software suite — which includes sales, marketing, HR, and finance apps, as well as productivity tools — can offer an advantage over integrating multiple point solutions for some businesses.

“Enabling businesses to avoid integrating best-of-breed goods has always been a strong point,” Mueller added. “As with other integrated suites, it’s excellent if the integration fits/works. If the functionality isn’t good enough, there’s integration work to be done… yet Zoho has repeatedly exceeded the ‘good enough’ level.”

The addition of a phone bridge system, a workflow management app, single sign-on, and a blockchain time-stamping feature for Zoho Sign to Zoho One on Tuesday is the first major update to the suite since late 2019, when Zoho added a phone bridge system, a workflow management app, single sign-on, and a blockchain time-stamping feature for Zoho Sign.
